Terms of use

Last updated

These terms govern the use of paco.fr and the PACO app. They apply to anyone who visits, whether or not they buy. Purchases are governed by the terms and conditions of sale.

1. Purpose

The site and the app are published by PACO, a French simplified joint-stock company, RCS Paris 108 372 970, with its registered office at 27 boulevard des Italiens, 75002 Paris, France.

Using the site means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

2. Access

Access is free; your connection costs remain yours. The service is normally available at all times, but may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or because of an event beyond our control.

An interruption gives no right to compensation. It does not affect tickets already bought, which remain valid and retrievable through the link sent by email.

3. Your account

PACO uses no passwords. Your account is opened by a temporary link sent to your email address, or created for you when you buy.

The consequence deserves to be stated plainly: anyone with access to your inbox can access your account, and anyone using your browser after you stays signed in. On a shared device, sign out from your account page.

  • A sign-in link is valid for thirty minutes.
  • You stay signed in on a device until you sign out of it.
  • You are responsible for bookings made from your account.

4. What is not allowed

  • Systematically extracting or reusing the site's content, in particular timetables and prices, by any means.
  • Disrupting the service, probing it, or circumventing its security measures.
  • Booking for the purpose of resale, or using payment methods that are not yours.
  • Impersonating someone else, or giving inaccurate information when booking.

We may suspend access for anyone who breaks these rules, and cancel bookings obtained that way.

5. Intellectual property

The PACO name, logo, visual identity, texts, images and code are protected. No reproduction or reuse is permitted without written agreement, beyond ordinary browsing of the site.

Journey and timetable information comes from carriers and from our inventory systems; automated reuse is prohibited.

7. Changes

These terms may change. The version that applies is the one published on this page, whose update date appears at the top. A change never applies retroactively to a ticket already bought.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law.

Only the French version of this document is authoritative. This translation is provided for information.
