- How do I book a PACO bus ticket?
- Online, at paco.fr: pick your departure city, destination and date, then pay by card. Your ticket is emailed to you as soon as the booking is confirmed.
- Do I need to print my ticket?
- No. The ticket carries a code to show at boarding, on your phone screen or printed — your choice.
- Can I cancel my ticket?
- Yes, from your account, free of charge up to 30 days before departure. After that, cancellation fees apply; the exact amount is shown before you confirm. With cancellation insurance, no fee is withheld.
- What luggage can I bring?
- The luggage allowance is that of the carrier operating the trip; it is shown before purchase. Extra bags can be added as an option, subject to hold space.
- Are there any service fees?
- No. The price shown at checkout, all taxes included, is the price you pay: PACO charges no service fee. Only the options you choose are added.
- When should I arrive for boarding?
- At least fifteen minutes before departure. ID may be requested: tickets are issued in the passenger's name.
- What happens if my bus is delayed or cancelled?
- If a departure is cancelled or delayed by more than two hours, you choose between continuing your journey under comparable conditions and a full refund, under EU Regulation No 181/2011 on bus and coach passenger rights.
- Can passengers with reduced mobility travel?
- Yes. Free assistance is available: let us know when booking, and at the latest thirty-six hours before departure.
